On many occasions, we intentionally utilize individuals that possess strong, proven talent from industries that are different from that of our clients. In doing so, we are able to identify highly successful alternative solutions to traditional practices.

Robert Berry
Robert is an energetic C-Level executive with an impressive track record in resolving progressively complex business objectives relating to change management, operations expansion, developing technology, strategic planning and extensive tactical implementation in the Financial Services and Health Care industries.
Throughout his 30 years experience with American Express, Citicorp-Diners Club, a multi-national consulting firm and others, he has successfully launched 42 new businesses, products and or services, and engineered the related operational support and IT systems meeting or exceeding targeted results. He enjoys the challenges of converting existing processes into strategically advanced technology-based solutions with heavy emphasis on financial and non-financial Electronic Transaction Processing functionality. He is considered an expert in all Card types from the perspective of a merchant, merchant acquirer, processor or card issuer.
Bob has a BBA from Texas Christian University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
Gil Jones
Gil is an executive technology business professional with over 20 years of program/ project management experience in the financial services arena. He provides leadership as well as detail knowledge in areas of cards services, remittance processing, customer service, technology, project management and business direction.
Assignments included working with service providers, large banks, and credit card companies. In his career prior to consulting he held numerous management positions for top US banks and credit card issuers. He is a motivated and proven implementer of large complex projects. He has also headed up various start-up projects, from site creation to new functional departments.
Gil holds a BBA from Ottawa University.
Jim George
Jim possesses deep experience in payments and deposit operations working at the level of strategy, systems and operational risk management. During his tenure at IBM / PwCC, he worked with all delivery and payments channels, many different payments systems, and with systems which analyze payments patterns for money laundering (AML) and fraud. He played a key role in a Federal AML task force in Miami.
Jim also worked with Andersen Consulting as a Member of their Payments Leadership Group, and gained deep understanding of operations reengineering and strategy for check processing, payments, and deposit operations.
Jim earned a BS from Purdue University and an MBA from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management.
Dave LaFore
Dave has been president and Data technology Services Inc., (DTSI) one of our Partner firms, since the company opened in 1990. He has completed numerous consulting engagements in financial services (banking, securities, and insurance industries), the oil and gas industry, pharmaceuticals industry, ICGC and for various federal and local government agencies and non-profits. He is considered an expert in database design and development, IT project management, data management and warehousing. Dave received his BA and BS from Regis College.
Cindy Berry
Cindy has been involved in Human Resources, Recruiting and Personnel Placement for 35+ years. During this time she worked with several prominent firms which specialized in Temporary Placements and Interim Management. She currently performs all Administrative activity for Keystone and is a key recourse in matching client needs with available participants.
